Witt Ranch Property
Page No. 4
Test # Dia. of Hole, in. Depth of Hole, in. Percolation Rate, min/in.
PT-A 8 36 1.1
PT-B 8 36 4.1
PT-C 8 36 5.3
PT-D 1 8 1 36 1 21.3
VI CONCLUSION
Based on the results of the soil profile holes, percolation tests, and performance of the septic
systems on and around the subject property, it is our opinion that the subject property should be
suitable for continued use and construction of new septic systems. The ground water is relatively
shallow and in order to maintain a minimum of 3 feet of separation between the bottom of the leach
lines, it may be necessary to place some fill in the proposed leach field areas. Any new septic
systems should be properly engineered and installed according to current San Joaquin County
criteria.
Based on the size of the proposed parcel splits it is our opinion that the operation of the
existing septic system and the installation of new systems, if properly maintained, should not
adversely affect the overall quality of ground water in the area.
VII LIMITATIONS
The conclusions of this report are based on the information provided regarding the existing
and proposed development, the use of the subject property, and the site conditions as they existed
at the time we excavated our test holes and performed the percolation tests. It was assumed that the
test holes and percolation test's results are representative of the subsurface conditions in the general
area.
ioERSO
v '6
D +
O '
P
SSOG\
