Project Kickoff Meeting and Site Visit <br /> The ESA project manager,Amy Skewes-Cox,will meet with County staff <br /> (and the applicant)to review the scope of work and timeline. Prior to this <br /> meeting, ESA will provide the County with a preliminary list of all needed <br /> documents and data. <br /> Deliverables' One electronic copy(in PDFformat) of the data request. <br /> 2. Provide Peer Review of Existing Technical Studies and <br /> Conduct Additional Studies <br /> ESA will conduct a third-party review of background studies completed to <br /> date and report our conclusions in a memo to the County. At the onset of the <br /> project, ESA will also provide the County with a final list of documents and <br /> key missing data that may be required for the EIR analysis.This matter will <br /> E, be discussed with the County during the Project Kickoff Meeting. <br /> Deliverables: One electronic copy(in PDFformat)of the technical memo. <br /> 3. Prepare Project Description, Boundaries of Analysis, <br /> and Description of Alternatives to be Evaluated <br /> In consultation with County staff(and the applicant if desired by the <br /> County), ESA will prepare a project description early in the process, <br /> providing it to County staff for review and clarifications to ensure a <br /> complete, consistent and accurate project description that will serve as the <br /> basis for the impact analysis. The project description will include the project <br /> location and site plan maps; a statement of project objectives; a general <br /> description of the project's physical and environmental characteristics, <br /> including proposed physical improvements and changes in on-and off-site <br /> operations that would result from the proposed project; and a statement of the <br /> anticipated uses of the environmental documents, including required permits, <br /> San Joaquin County—E!R for the Union Pacific Modemization Project -� <br />
