SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be <br /> enclosed by a screen six (6) to eight (8) feet in height. Items stored within one hundred (100) <br /> feet of a dedicated street or residential zone shall not be stacked higher than two (2) feet <br /> above the adjacent screen. PREVIOUSLY APPROVED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: All previously approved Conditions <br /> of Approval for Use Permit No. UP-92-13 and PA-0900174 shall still apply. <br /> 2. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT(Staff Contact: Ted Tasiopoulos, 953-7698) <br /> a. An application for Waste Discharge Requirements must be submitted to the Central Valley <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board prior to development (California Water Code, Article 4, <br /> Section 13260). <br /> b. An addendum to the soil suitability study/nitrate loading study dated October 2993, incorporating the <br /> proposed staff and customer use for the expansion of the existing intermodal facility,shall be <br /> submitted to the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area is suitable for septic <br /> system usage. The studies must be approved by the Environmental Health Department prior to <br /> issuance of building permit(s). San Joauqin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d))A <br /> review fee of$575 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. The <br /> sewage disposal system shall comply with the on-site sewage standards of San Joaquin County <br /> prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank <br /> practice of the EPA Design Manual for on-site wastewater treatment and disposal systems is <br /> required. A permit fee of$115.00 is required for each percolation hole. <br /> c. Submit to the Environmental Health Department revised site plans showing the maximum number <br /> of persons the sewage disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans <br /> that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a <br /> storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot <br /> contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br /> d. Open, pump, and backfill the maintenance building septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> e. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development(San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> f.
