UTILITIES-2, which requires the submission of a study to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department, indicating that the area is suitable for septic system usage. The study must be approved by the <br /> Environmental Health Department prior to issuance of building permits and the sewage disposal system shall <br /> comply with the on-site sewage standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval Potential impacts from <br /> construction of new storm water drainage facilities or expansion of such facilities will be less than significant <br /> with implementation of Mitigation Measure UTILITIES-3, which in tum requires the implementation of <br /> Mitigation Measure HYDRO-2, which requires that the applicant submit a comprehensive drainage plan for <br /> the project to the San Joaquin County Public Works Department for approval, and ensure that all <br /> recommendations of the drainage plan are implemented. The project's contribution to cumulative impacts on <br /> wastewater treatment and stormwater drainage facilities will be less than significant with implementation of <br /> Mitigation Measures UTILITIES-1,UTILITIES-2 and UTILITIES-3. <br /> Findings at Fact/ 14 November 2012 <br /> Statement of Overriding Considerations <br />
