Union Pacific San Joaquin County Prior to Issuance of building the project sponsor shall contribute its fair share of the cost of Installing a traffic Community Development permits for Phase II signal at the Intersection of Roth Road and 1-5 Southbound Ramps by paying a Department and Public fair share fee to San Joaquin County equal to the project's equitable fair share Works Department of 6.1%of such Improvement multiplied by the estimated cost of such Improvement.Construction of this Improvement would Improve the Intersection LOS to an acceptable LOS C or better.Because San Joaquin County,as Lead Agency,does not have jurisdiction over this improvement and it Is uncertain whether full funding will be achieved for construction of this improvement,this impact Is significant and unavoidable. < < l
