m. Prior to issuance of any building permits for phase 2, applicant shall pay the project's fair <br /> share cost for the following traffic mitigations at the intersection of Airport Way and French <br /> Camp Road by paying the applicable fees for the project under the TIMF program at the time <br /> of payment: <br /> 1. Additional left turn lane on the southbound Airport Way approach. <br /> 2. Additional left turn lane on the westbound French Camp Road approach. <br /> n. Prior to issuance of any building permits for phase 2, applicant shall pay the project's fair <br /> share cost for the following traffic mitigations at the intersection of Airport Way and <br /> Daisywood Drive: <br /> 1. Installation of a separate left turn lane and a shared through/right turn lane on the <br /> eastbound and westbound Daisywood Drive approaches. <br /> 2. Installation of a second southbound through lane. <br /> Fair share payments for mitigations that are included in the RTIF program at the time of <br /> payment shall be credited against the required RTIF fee. <br /> o. Prior to issuance of any building permits for phase 2, applicant shall pay the project's fair <br /> share cost for the following traffic mitigations at the intersection of Lathrop Road and 1-5 <br /> southbound ramps by paying the applicable fees for the project under the RTIF program at <br /> the time of payment: <br /> 1. Conversion of the eastbound approach from shared through/right turn lane to three <br /> separate through lanes and two free right turn lanes. <br /> 2. Construction of one additional left turn lane and two additional through lanes on the <br /> westbound approach. <br /> 3. Conversion of the shared left turn/through/right turn lane on the southbound approach to <br /> two left tum lanes, separate through lane and a free right turn lane. <br /> p. Prior to issuance of any building permits for phase 2, applicant shall pay the project's fair <br /> share cost for the following traffic mitigations at the intersection of Lathrop Road and 1-5 <br /> northbound ramps by paying the applicable fees for the project under the RTIF program at <br /> the time of payment: <br /> 1. Installation of an additional left turn lane on the eastbound approach. <br /> 2. Conversion of the existing westbound approach from shared through/right turn lane to <br /> three separate through lanes and a separate free right turn lane. <br /> 3. Conversion of the existing shared northbound approach to two left turn lanes, one <br /> through lane and one free right turn lane <br /> q. Prior to issuance of any building permits for phase 2, applicant shall pay the project's fair <br /> share cost for the following traffic mitigations at the intersection of Airport Way and Lathrop <br /> Road: <br /> 1. Installation of an additional through lane on the northbound approach. <br /> 2. Installation of an additional left turn lane and conversion of the separate right turn lane to <br /> a shared through/right turn lane on the southbound approach. <br /> 3. Conversion of the eastbound approach from separate left, through and right turn lanes to <br /> two left turn lanes, two through lanes and one right turn lane. <br /> 4. Conversion of the westbound approach from a separate left turn lane and a shared <br /> through/right turn lane to one left turn lane, two through lanes and one right turn lane. <br /> Fair share payments for mitigations that are included in the RTIF program at the time of <br /> payment shall be credited against the required RTIF fee. <br />
