Prior to issuance of any building permits for phase 2, applicant shall pay the project's fair <br /> share cost for the following traffic mitigations at the intersection of French Camp Road and <br /> State Route 99 southbound ramps by paying the applicable fees for the project under the <br /> RTIF program at the time of payment: <br /> 1. Conversion of the shared left tum/through lane and separate right tum lane to a separate <br /> left turn lane and a shared through/right turn lane on the northbound and southbound <br /> approaches. <br /> s. Prior to issuance of any building permits for phase 2, applicant shall pay the project's fair <br /> share cost for the following traffic mitigation by paying the applicable fees for the project <br /> under the RTIF program at the time of payment: <br /> 1. Installation of a traffic signal at the intersection of State Route 99 Northbound Ramps and <br /> French Camp Road. <br /> t. Prior to issuance of any building permits for phase 2, applicant shall pay the project's fair <br /> share cost for the following traffic mitigation by paying the applicable fees for the project <br /> under the RTIF program at the time of payment: <br /> 1. Addition of a lane to the northbound 1-5 freeway segment between Lathrop Road and <br /> Roth Road. <br /> u. Prior to issuance of any building permits for phase 2, applicant shall pay the project's fair <br /> share cost for the following traffic mitigation by paying the applicable fees for the project <br /> under the RTIF program at the time of payment: <br /> 1. Addition of a lane to the northbound 1-5 freeway segment between Roth Road and <br /> Matthews Road. <br /> v. Prior to issuance of any building permits for phase 2, applicant shall pay the project's fair <br /> share cost for the following traffic mitigation by paying the applicable fees for the project <br /> under the RTIF program at the time of payment: <br /> 1. Addition of a lane to the southbound 1-5 freeway segment between Roth Road and <br /> Matthews Road. <br /> w.
