Applicant shall submit Permit Registration Documents(PRD's)to the State Water Resources Control Board <br /> (SWRCB)and subsequently submit the Waste Discharge Identification(WDID)number to the Department of <br /> Public Works for filing for the entire project(applicable for each phase)prior to issuance of any building <br /> permits. <br /> 31. The applicant shall comply with the State Water Resources Control Board General Order No.97-03-DWQ, <br /> "General Permit for Discharges of Storm Water Associated with Industrial Activities Excluding Construction <br /> Activities". The WDID for the Industrial General Permit issued by SWRCB shall be submitted to Public <br /> Works for the file. <br /> 32. Industrial wastewater(storm drain and washdown runoff)from the crane maintenance pad,the maintenance <br /> shop,the diesel fuel storage area,and the fueling and fuel pump areas must be drained through an oil/water <br /> separator and discharged into a double lined evaporation basin with an automatic leak detection system. The <br /> system shall be monitored on a continual basis.A yearly maintenance report for the oillwater separator, <br /> double lined evaporation basin,and automatic leak detection system shall be submitted to the Department of <br /> Public Works. <br /> 33. If a leak is detected in the evaporation basin, a Report of Waste Discharge must be filed pursuant to <br /> California Water Code Section 13260 to obtain Waste Discharge Requirements with the Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board. Permit number shall be submitted to the Department of Public Works, <br /> Informational Notes: <br /> (i.) This property is subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County Mosquito&Vector Control District <br /> (209-982-4675)and the California Health and Safety Code for the prevention of mosquitoes. Best <br /> Management Practices(BMP) guidelines for stormwater devices,ponds and wetlands are available. <br /> (ii.) All future building permits for projects located within a Special Flood Hazard Area at the time of permit <br /> issuance shall meet the San Joaquin County flood hazard reduction requirements(Title 9,Chapter 9-1605) <br /> and all requirements of the State of California(CCR Title 23)that are in force at the time of permit <br /> issuance.
