The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is <br /> due and payable at the time of building permit application for each phase of the project. The <br /> fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of payment. (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> h. Prior to issuance of any building permits for phase 1, applicant shall pay the project's fair <br /> share cost for the following traffic mitigation by paying the applicable fees for the project <br /> under the RTIF program at the time of payment: <br /> 1. Installation of a traffic signal at the intersection of Lathrop Road and 1-5 southbound <br /> ramps. <br /> i. Prior to issuance of any building permits for phase 1, applicant shall pay the project's fair <br /> share cost for the following traffic mitigation by paying the applicable fees for the project <br /> under the RTIF program at the time of payment: <br /> 1. Installation of a traffic signal at the intersection of Lathrop Road and 1-5 northbound <br /> ramps. <br /> j. Prior to issuance of any building permits for phase 1, applicant shall pay the project's fair <br /> share cost for the following traffic mitigation by paying the applicable fees for the project <br /> under the RTIF program at the time of payment: <br /> 1. Addition of a lane to the southbound State Route 99 freeway segment between French <br /> Camp Road and Lathrop Road. <br /> k. Prior to issuance of any building permits for phase 2, applicant shall pay the project's fair <br /> share traffic mitigations for site specific traffic impacts as follows- <br /> 1. <br /> ollows:1. 6.1%of the cost to install a traffic signal at the intersection of Roth Road and 1-5 <br /> southbound ramps and the following improvements at that intersection: <br /> (1) Conversion of the southbound approach from a left and shared left/through/right turn <br /> lane to a separate left turn lane and a shared right turn/through lane. <br /> (2) Installation of an additional left turn lane on the westbound approach. <br /> 2. 9.8% of the cost to install a traffic signal at the intersection of Roth Road and 1-5 <br /> northbound ramps. <br /> 3. 12.2%of the cost to install a traffic signal at the intersection of Harlan Road and Roth <br /> Road including and the following improvements at that intersection: <br /> (1) Conversion of the northbound Harlan Road approach from the existing shared left- <br /> turn/through lane and separate right-turn lane to a separate left-turn lane and shared <br /> through/right-turn lane. <br /> (2) Conversion of westbound and southbound approaches from shared left- <br /> turn/through/right-tum lane to separate left-turn lane and a shared through/right turn <br /> lane. <br /> Fair share payments for mitigations that are included in the RTIF program at the time of <br /> payment shall be credited.against the required RTIF fee. <br /> I.
