<br /> cause nest abandonment or forced fledging are necessary within the buffer
<br /> zone,monitoring of the nest site(funded by the project applicant)by a
<br /> qualified biologist(to determine if the nest is abandoned)shall be required.
<br /> If the nest site is abandoned and if the nestlings are still alive,the project j
<br /> applicant shall fund the recovery and hacking(controlled release of captive !
<br /> reared young)of the nestling(s).Nest trees shall not be removed unless
