The proposed revision will revise the proposed phasing timeline, Conditions of <br /> Approval and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program. The proposed timeline is consistent with Development <br /> Agreement No. PA-1500064, which provided a 25-year term for completion of the project, with an expiration date of <br /> 7/17/2040. The project site is not under a Williamson Act Contract. <br /> The Property is zoned AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40-acre minimum) and the General Plan designation is A/UR <br /> (Agricultural-Urban Reserve). <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is on the south side of Roth Rd., 1840 ft. west of Airport Wy., French Camp. <br /> (APN/Address: 198-030-31,-20,-23, -27,-28,-29, 198-200-01,-05, &-16/1000 E. Roth Rd., French Camp.)(Supervisorial <br /> District: 3) <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION:An Addendum to the Environmental Impact Report for the Union Pacific Expansion <br /> and Modernization Project(PA-0900184, SCH #: 2010082016) has been prepared, pursuant to CEQA Section 15164 (a), <br /> that states that a lead agency shall prepare an addendum to a previously certified EIR if some changes or additions are <br /> necessary but none of the conditions for preparation of a subsequent EIR have occurred. San Joaquin County has <br /> determined through the Addendum that there is no substantial evidence that the project may have a significant effect on <br /> the environment. If approved, a Notice of Determination will be filed. <br /> APPLICATION REVIEW: Recommendations and/or comments on this project must be submitted to the Community <br /> Development Department no later than January 17, 2024.
