estimate shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing <br /> on a form to be supplied by the Department of Public Works and submitted to Public <br /> Works for approval. As an option, Public Works will prepare the drawing and estimate <br /> for an additional fee of $115.00. (Development Title Section 9-1150.2) <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. State on the Improvement Plan the maximum number of employees the sewage disposal <br /> system is being designed for and that the leach field area will be barricaded so that it <br /> cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area shall <br /> be used for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any underground utility lines. <br /> b. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material shall be stored, removed, and <br /> transported to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance <br /> 2887, Section 5-2400. <br /> C. Demolish all dilapidated structures and remove all demolition material from the prremises <br /> to an approved landfill site in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance 2887, <br /> Section 5-2401. <br /> d. Should the number of nonresident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or <br /> the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water <br /> system under the provisions of Title 22, CCR, shall be required by the Environmental <br /> Health Division and San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862, Section 5-4100. <br /> e. Install an approved backflow prevention device on the water supply system. (California <br /> Code of Regulation, Title 17, Section 7603) <br /> f. If hazardous material is stored on the site, the applicant shall register with the County <br /> Office of Emergency Services. <br /> g. If hazardous waste is generated, the applicant shall obtain an EPA identification number <br /> and comply with applicable regulations. <br /> h. Submit four sets of detailed underground storage tank plans to the Environmental Health <br /> Division for review and approval prior to beginning construction. <br /> 4. SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY UNIFIED AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT: <br /> a. An Authority to Construct and Permit to Operate shall be required prior to the use of the <br /> fuel island. <br /> b. The use of gas or diesel-fired internal combustion emergency generators shall require <br /> permits from the District. <br /> C. The operator shall restrict the idling of both trucks and trailers within the parking area on <br /> the northern portion of the site. <br /> NOTE: On June 21, 1993, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department approved SA- <br /> 93-15 subject to the Conditions of Approval listed above. <br /> Conditions of Approval - 3 - SA-93-15 <br />
