Submit an Improvement Plan prepared by a registered <br /> Civil Engineer, showing drainage, driveway access <br /> details, on-site parking, existing and proposed utility <br /> services, and grading. Additional storm drainage run- <br /> off created by new improvements shall be retained on- <br /> site. The drainage pattern and corresponding storm <br /> drain improvements shall be shown on the Improvement <br /> Plan. Pond capacity calculations shall be submitted <br /> for approval. A plan check fee will be required. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-884) <br /> 3 . The Improvement Plan shall show all existing and <br /> proposed surfaces. All automobile parking spaces and <br /> major truck circulation and maneuvering areas shall be <br /> paved and permanently maintained with base material and <br /> two inches of asphalt concrete to provide a durable <br /> dust free surface. Bumper guards shall be provided <br /> when necessary to protect adjacent structures or <br /> properties. All other areas that could potentially <br /> have any vehicular traffic shall be surfaced and <br /> permanently maintained with a chip seal. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1015) <br /> 4 . A circulation plan shall be shown on the Improvement <br /> Plan. The plan shall include turning radii for the <br /> proposed truck-truck/trailer combinations. <br /> 5 . The applicant shall secure an approved Business License <br /> prior to the initiation of the use. (Section 7-1000 of <br /> the County Ordinance Code) <br /> 6 . A minimum of twenty (20) automobile parking spaces plus <br /> adequate parking for all approved trucks and trailers <br /> shall be provided for the approved use. The size and <br /> location of the parking spaces shall be consistent with <br /> the requirements of Chapter 9-1015 of the Development <br /> Title and be included on the Improvement Plan. There <br /> shall be no parking associated with the approved use on <br /> Roth Road. <br /> 7 . A maximum of one (1) freestanding sign and one (1) <br /> monument sign shall be permitted on the subject parcel. <br /> Sign details shall consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of <br /> the Development Title and be included on the <br /> Improvement Plan. <br />
