A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, <br /> respecting the ultimate right-of-way width, shall be <br /> installed across the frontage of Roth Road. Landscape <br /> details shall be consistent with Development Title <br /> Chapter 9-1020 and be included on the Improvement Plan. <br /> 9 . A solid masonry wall seven (7) to eight (8) feet in <br /> height shall be constructed along the north property <br /> line of the subject parcel prior to construction of <br /> additional trailer parking on the north 4 . 5 acres of <br /> the project site. <br /> 10. All drainage from asphalted and cemented parking and <br /> driveway areas shall be routed through an oil sand trap <br /> tank prior to entering the on-site retention pond. <br /> 13 .
