The fee shall be <br /> automatically increased on January 1 of each year at the <br /> rate of 6. 9 percent. An additional 3 . 5 percent shall be <br /> added to the fee upon payment for processing and <br /> administering the program. (Resolution R-91-327) <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> a. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum <br /> number of employees the sewage disposal system is <br /> designed for and that the leach field area will be <br /> barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on or used <br /> as a storage area. This leach field area must be used <br /> for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines. <br /> b. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 <br /> for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service <br /> connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a <br /> public water system under the provisions of Title 22 , <br /> CCR, will be required by the Environmental Health <br /> Division and San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862 , Section <br /> 5-4100. <br />
