Conditions of Approval <br /> SA-92-0054 <br /> Page 2 <br /> 2 . DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> a. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for <br /> this development. The fee is due and payable at the time <br /> of building permit application. (The fee currently is <br /> $1, 102 . 00 per 1, 000 gross square foot of building as <br /> "Manufacturing" or $286. 45 per daily trip-end generated <br /> in the Stockton area. The fee will be reduced by the <br /> credit of the formal use of the existing building and <br /> shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by <br /> the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by <br /> the Engineering News Record. ) (Resolution R-90-304 , R- <br /> 91-1025) <br /> b. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance <br /> with the requirements of the San Joaquin County standards <br /> R-17 prior to issuance of the building permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145. 5) <br /> C. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within <br /> road right-of-way. (Development Title Section 9-1145 . 2) <br /> d. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be <br /> required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. (The <br /> fee currently is $88 . 89 per 1, 000 gross square foot of <br /> building as "Manufacturing" . The fee shall be <br /> automatically increased on January 1 of each year at the <br /> rate of 6. 9 percent. An additional 3 . 5 percent shall be <br /> added to the fee upon payment for processing and <br /> administering the program. (Resolution R-91-327) <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> a. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum <br /> number of employees the sewage disposal system is <br /> designed for and that the leach field area will be <br /> barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on or used <br /> as a storage area. This leach field area must be used <br /> for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines. <br /> b. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 <br /> for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service <br /> connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a <br /> public water system under the provisions of Title 22 , <br /> CCR, will be required by the Environmental Health <br /> Division and San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862 , Section <br /> 5-4100. <br />
