The facility shall not operate between 7: 00 p.m. and 7: 00 <br /> a.m. The air compressor and pneumatic equipment shall not <br /> operated before 8: 00 a.m. <br /> b. Five parking spaces are required including one space for the <br /> physically handicapped. . <br /> C. Trash bins shall be kept within an enclosure with solid <br /> walls on three sides and gated on the fourth side. <br /> (Development Title Section 1020.9 [d] ) <br /> d. A solid masonry wall (7) seven to (8) eight feet in height <br /> shall be erected along the north property line. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1020.9[b] ) <br /> e. The pallet yard shall be enclosed by a screen six to eight <br /> feet in height. Items stored within 100 feet of the north <br /> property line shall not be stacked higher than 2 feet above <br /> the adjacent screen. <br /> f . All areas within APN 193-320-18 that are not surfaced or <br /> used for buildings shall be landscaped. Landscaping shall <br /> be shown on the Improvement Plan and shall meet the <br /> landscaping regulations of the Development Title. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1020.9 [a] ) <br /> g. All parking spaces, driveways, pallet storage areas, and <br /> maneuvering areas shall be surfaced and permanently <br /> maintained with base material and asphalt concrete, or <br /> Portland cement concrete. Bumper guards shall be provided <br /> when necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015. 5[e] ) <br /> h. One (1) copy of an Improvement Plan shall be submitted to <br /> the Development Services Division. The Improvement Plan <br /> will be distributed to the involved County departments for <br /> approval. The Improvement Plan shall be prepared by a <br /> registered Civil Engineer, showing drainage, driveway access <br /> details, on-site parking, existing and proposed utility <br /> services, and grading.
