All parking spaces, driveways, pallet storage areas, and <br /> maneuvering areas shall be surfaced and permanently <br /> maintained with base material and asphalt concrete, or <br /> Portland cement concrete. Bumper guards shall be provided <br /> when necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015. 5[e] ) <br /> h. One (1) copy of an Improvement Plan shall be submitted to <br /> the Development Services Division. The Improvement Plan <br /> will be distributed to the involved County departments for <br /> approval. The Improvement Plan shall be prepared by a <br /> registered Civil Engineer, showing drainage, driveway access <br /> details, on-site parking, existing and proposed utility <br /> services, and grading.
