Environmental Determination: An Initial Study <br /> indicates that this project will not have a significant effect on the environment, and a Negative <br /> Declaration has been posted. <br /> ive PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING GENERAL PLAN MAP AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. <br /> PA-1200153 AND ZONE RECLASSIFICATION APPLICATION NO. PA-1200154 OF STANLEY <br /> AND TRACY VANDER VEEN (C/O KEITH POWELL) to change the General Plan designation of <br /> an 11.8-acre parcel from A/G (General Agriculture) to I/L (Limited Industrial), and a Zone <br /> Reclassification to change the same 11.8-acre parcel from AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40-acre <br /> minimum) to I-L (Limited Industrial). The applicant states that the underlying project would be for <br /> a crane rental and construction services business. PA-1000131 AND <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT NO. PA-1200065 OF HIGHWAY 12 INVESTORS LLC <br /> ETAL, LIVAL PROPERTIES, LTD. (C/O KJELDSEN, SINNOCK & NEUDECK, INC.) for the <br /> construction of a truck stop on 11.68 acres. The project includes 16 pumps and 24 fueling stations <br /> to serve 16 gasoline and 8 diesel fueling positions. The project also includes a 7,700 square foot <br /> convenience store with an attached 3,000 square foot fast food restaurant, and a 1,200 square <br /> foot storage building. The project site is located on the east side of Thornton Road, 1000 feet <br /> north of State Route 12, Lodi (Fourth Supervisorial District). Environmental Determination: A <br /> Final Environmental Impact Report has been prepared for this project and is available for <br /> review at the office of Community Development Department. <br /> Planning Commission Recommendation.
