PA-1200196 OF CONCRETE STRUCTURES LLC <br /> REGARDING THE REMOVAL OF A CONDITION FOR <br /> PARCEL MAP APPLICATION NO.PM-83-0012 <br /> (FIRST DISTRICT) 8los 12vrov- /24D <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors conduct a public hearing to: <br /> 1. Approve the Negative Declaration; and, <br /> 2. Approve Revisions of Approved Actions Application No. PA-1200196 based on <br /> the ability to make the required findings for Revisions of Approved Actions <br /> (Attachment"A") along with the Conditions of Approval (Attachment"B"). <br /> BACKGROUND: <br /> In August of 1982,a Tentative Parcel Map Application(PM-83-0012)was submitted to <br /> subdivide a 10-acre parcel into a 3-acre parcel and a 7-acre parcel. The Board of <br /> Supervisors held a public heating on January 20, 1983 to consider the application for the <br /> Tentative Parcel Map. The Board approved the application(Resolution R-83-142)with a <br /> condition of approval that a 30-foot wide reserve for a future street be provided along the <br /> west line of the 7-acre parcel. <br /> REASON FOR RECOMMENDATION: <br /> The Department of Public Works sent a letter dated November 1,2012 stating that they <br /> have no objection to the Revisions of Approved Actions application because there are no <br /> plans to build a future right-0f--way along the subject parcel or in the immediate area. <br /> The Findings for Revisions of Approved Actions and Conditions of Approval are <br /> attached. <br />
