Roth Road <br /> Lathrop, California <br /> Project Number: NA157003G <br /> Dear Mr. Singh: <br /> Per your request, our office has completed an engineered septic system design for the <br /> proposed Sunrise Trucking guard shack, APN: 193-320-16, located at 865 East Roth <br /> Road in Lathrop, California. Our office have also completed a Nitrate Loading Study and <br /> Soil Suitability Study concurrently for the subject property, dated October 23, 2015, as <br /> well as a geotechnical investigation, our job number NA155005, dated April 15, 2015. <br /> We understand that a single restroom with sink will be constructed as part of the guard <br /> shack for the project. The current planned usage of the restrgom will include two (2) <br /> employees at the guard shack. In addition, the leach field will be design to accommodate <br /> the future expansion on the property to include ten (10) additional employees which will <br /> utilize a separate septic tank. The following presents our findings and recommendations <br /> of an engineered septic system. <br /> A septic system design and layout was completed for the site based on the number of <br /> future permanent employees, soil conditions, percolation test rates, and in accordance <br /> with the general requirements of the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department (EHD), EPA Design Manual — Onsite Wastewater Treatment and Disposal <br /> System, and Manual of Septic-Tank Practice. Please see the SSS/NLS for further details <br /> regarding the subject property site conditions.
