Roth Road, two parcels east of the site, has a permit for a new septic system <br /> ' installation including a 1,200-gallon septic tank and two 50-foot leach lines dated 1978; <br /> • 801 E. Roth Road, adjacent west to the site, has a permit for a new septic system <br /> installation including a 1,200-gallon septic tank and two 70-foot leach lines dated 1972, a <br /> I permit for a new septic system installation including a 1,200-gallon septic tank and three <br /> 80-foot leach lines dated 1986, and a permit for a new septic system installation including <br /> a 1,900-gallon septic tank, five 90-foot leach lines, and five 10-foot deep sumps dated <br /> 1989; <br /> • 889 E. Roth Road, adjacent east to the site, has a permit for the installation of one 60-foot <br /> leach line dated 1990; <br /> • 1000 E. Roth Road, south of the site, has a permit for a new septic system installation <br /> including a 2,000-gallon septic tank and six 100-foot leach lines dated 1994; <br /> 654 Frisbee Lane, north of the site, has a permit for a new septic system installation <br /> including one 1,600-gallon septic tank and four 80-foot leach lines dated 1991; <br /> • 672 Frisbee Lane, north of the site, has a permit for a new septic system installation <br /> ' including a 1,200-gallon septic tank and three 70-foot leach lines dated 1979, a permit for <br /> the repair/addition of a 1,200-gallon septic tank dated 1985, a permit for the addition of <br /> one 70-foot leach line dated 1985, a permit for the addition of two 100-foot leach lines <br /> ' dated 1993, and a permit for the replacement of an existing septic tank and leach lines <br /> with a new 1,000-gallon septic tank and four 80-foot leach lines dated 2012; <br /> • 11321 S. Airport Way, east of the site, has a permit for a new septic system installation <br /> including one 1,200-gallon septic tank and one 8-foot by 40-foot filter bed dated 1977. <br /> Based on files reviewed, septic systems in the area appear to utilize standard leach lines, filter <br /> beds, and sump pits. Leach lines are up to 100 feet in length and filter beds are up to 40 feet in <br /> length. Sump pits are up to ten feet in depth. <br /> ' 1.3.6 Septic Repair Permit History in the Vicinity <br /> Based on the EHD file review, septic repairs in the vicinity appear to be for replacement of septic <br /> tanks and the addition of leach lines.
