d. The applicant shall uncover the existing septic tank and expose existing leach lines to verify that <br /> leach lines are not being driven over or parked on. This shall be completed under a consultation <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department. The fee for the consultation permit <br /> is$186.00. <br /> e. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1115.4[e]) as follows: <br /> (1) Install a sanitary seal. <br /> (2) Provide a sample tap prior to the pressure tank. <br /> f. Construction of individual sewage disposal systems under permit and inspection by Environmental <br /> Health is required at the time of development based on the soil suitability findings. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1110.4) <br /> g. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the <br /> number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system will be <br /> required by Environmental Health.
