PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS• <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Code must be preformed <br /> on both parcels prior to parcel map approval indicating <br /> that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. A <br /> permit for the percolation test is required from the <br /> Environmental Health Division. If the soil suitability <br /> study is favorable: <br /> b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) on <br /> Parcel 2 under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> C. Construction of an individual domestic water well on <br /> Parcel 2 under a well permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> 3 . A recorded copy of this <br /> Notice with all required signatures shall be submitted <br /> to the Planning Division. <br /> b. The barn that is located in the south west corner of <br /> Parcel 1 shall not be used to house animals. <br />
