Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study <br /> Ogvj incorporating proposed staff, customer use, and winery waste, indicating that the area is <br /> suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to issuance of building permits <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-11052(d)). A nitrate loading study is <br /> y r required, and a review fee of$445.00 must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental <br /> Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> Nf County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> Q . septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$89.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to issuance of building permit(s). Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1115.7). <br /> State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees and customers the sewage <br /> disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field <br /> area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This <br /> leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> Also provide the 100% replacement area for the existing and proposed sewage disposal area. <br /> �� g�il oft _� <br />
