The <br /> water quality may have to be tested for California Code of Regulations, Title 22 <br /> requirements prior to final occupancy approval by Environmental Health Department. <br /> G. Submit three (3) sets of food facility plans to the Environmental Health Department for <br /> review and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s) (California Health and Safety <br /> Code, Section 113915). <br />
