The written approval shall be presented to Environmental <br /> Health Department prior to issuanceofof building permits(s). <br /> ROD <br /> Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(si under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development as determined by <br /> the Nitrate Loading Study(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9- <br /> 1110.4). 5� <br /> Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the <br /> number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system <br /> will be required by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure <br /> V <br /> delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, and Health <br /> and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> NOTE: The Environmental Health Department found no permits for the existing well. The <br /> water quality may have to be tested for California Code of Regulations, Title 22 <br /> requirements prior to final occupancy approval by Environmental Health Department. <br /> G. Submit three (3) sets of food facility plans to the Environmental Health Department for <br /> review and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s) (California Health and Safety <br /> Code, Section 113915). <br />
