(2) A minimum of thiry-two (32) parking spaces shall be provided, including two (2) accessible <br /> spaces, one of which shall be van accessible. Fourteen spaces were required with Use Permit <br /> UP-98-11 and fourteen additional spaces are required with the expansion. Accessible spaces <br /> shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance(C.C.R., Title 24). (0 67 spaces are <br /> required for every 1,000 feet of building area.)(Development Title Section 9-1015.3) <br /> f. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site <br /> Plan: <br /> (1) Access driveways :hall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for two-way aisles and <br /> sixteen (16) feet fo- one-way aisles, except that in no case shall driveways designated as fire <br /> department accese be less than twenty (20) feet wide. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1015.5[h][1]) <br /> (2) SIGNS: Sign detail; shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of the Development Title and be <br /> included on the Site! Plan. ANIMAL REGULATIONS: The following animal regulations apply and shall be provided: <br /> (1) All animal enclose es including but not limited to Pens cages and feed areas shall be <br /> maintained free from litter, garbage and excessive accumulation of manure so as to <br /> discourage the pro iferation of flies other disease vectors and offensive odors. Premises <br /> shall be maintained in a neat and sanitary manner. (Development Title Section 9-1045 4fbl) <br /> (2) Except for movement on and off the property animals shall not be kept or maintained in <br /> coops pens corrals, or within bams or similar structures closer than 40 feet from any rear or <br /> side property line. (Development Title Section 9-1045.3) <br /> (3) Animals shall be kept indoors between the hours of 10:00 pm and 6:00 am. <br /> h. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following <br /> (1) A solid masonry or vinyl wall six (6) to seven (7) feet in height shall be erected along the <br /> southern propertv line of the proiect site adjacent to Assessor Parcel No 025-200-07 <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (Staff Contact: Bill DuBois, 468-3000) <br /> a. The developer shall pro%ide drainage facilities and meet the requirements of San Joaquin County <br /> Development Standards to prevent the increased runoff release rate of storm water from <br /> discharging onto other p-operties and to prevent off-site sediment transport. Retention basins <br /> shall be fenced with a six-foot-high chain-link fence or equal when the maximum design depth is <br /> 18 inches or more. The required retention basin capacity shall be calculated by a registered civil <br /> engineer, licensed contractor, or licensed architect prior to the release of building permits. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1135) <br /> b. The proposed project di:turbs less than one acre of ground and is not part of a larger plan of <br /> common development. fhe proposed project shall follow the practices in the County "Small Site <br /> Stormwater Management Plan." <br /> c.
