UP-94-13 OF GRUPE OPERATING CO. <br /> (C/O MARK GRUPE) <br /> ------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> The project is to construct a dog kennel for dog training and <br /> breeding. The kennel will include 20 individual runs. This site <br /> is located on a dirt,-road approximately 4 , 000 feet west of the <br /> intersection of Ray Load and Sargent Road, west of Lodi. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed this item and <br /> offers the following comments: <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and <br /> ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled prior to the <br /> establishment of the use and the issuance of any building <br /> permits. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number have been <br /> identified as ordinance requirements pertinent to this <br /> application. Ordinance requirements cannot be modified; and, <br /> other ordinance requirements may apply. <br /> This approval will expire 18 months from the date of approval <br /> unless (l) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, <br /> (2) all necessary building permits have been secured and remain <br /> in force, and (3 ) all necessary permits from other agencies have <br /> been secured and remain in force. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> a. This approval is for the construction of a dog kennel <br /> as shown on the site plan submitted November 8 , 1994 . <br /> The use is limited to 20 dogs. <br /> b. The applicant shall secure an approved Business License <br /> prior to the initiation of the use. (Section 7-1000 of <br /> the County Ordinance Code) <br />
