All parking spaces and maneuvering areas shall be <br /> surfaced and permanently maintained with base material <br /> of appropriate depth and liquid asphalt, asphalt <br /> concrete, or Portland cement concrete to provide a <br /> durable, dust free surface. Bumper guards shall be <br /> provided when necessary to protect adjacent structures <br /> or properties. The driveway shall be built to Fire <br /> Code requirements. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1015 . 5) <br /> e. If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot <br /> and security lighting shall be installed. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1015. 5 [g] ) <br /> f. All animal enclosures, including but not limited to <br /> pens, cages, and feed areas, shall be maintained free <br /> from litter, garbage, and excessive accumulation of <br /> manure, so as to discourage the proliferation of flies, <br /> other disease vectors, and offensive odors. Premises <br /> shall be maintained in a neat and sanitary manner. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1045 . 7 [b] ) <br /> g. Except for movement on and off the property, animals <br /> shall not be kept or maintained in coops, pens, <br /> corrals, or within barns or similar structures, on <br /> property of less than 1/2 acre, closer than 40 feet <br /> from any rear or side property line. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1045 . 5) <br /> h. Submit an Improvement Plan, prepared by a registered <br /> civil engineer, showing drainage, driveway access <br /> details, on-site parking, landscaping, signs, driveway <br /> gates, existing and proposed utility services, and <br /> grading. Additional storm drainage run-off created by <br /> new improvements shall be retained on-site. The <br /> drainage pattern and corresponding storm drain <br /> improvements shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. A <br /> plan check fee will be required.
