%901 ...� <br /> 4 August 5,2005 <br /> NOA Project Number: E05091A <br /> gallon septic tank at 651 Sargent Road with one eighty-foot leach line.Another permit was issued <br /> �- on September 14, 1994 under the name Hilda Sanguinetti for the new installation of a 1600 gallon <br /> septic tank with two eighty-foot leach lines. This permit was issued for the address 651 Sargent <br /> Road. A well permit was issued to Mrs. Sanguinetti on November 1, 1990 for the repair of an <br /> irrigation well at 651 Sargent Road. The pump was replaced on the well. These permits are included <br /> / in Appendix F of this report. <br /> v 3.1.7 Deparm2ent of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources <br /> The California Department of Oil, Gas,and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR) Wildcat Map #611 <br /> ►• was reviewed for evidence of oil or gas wells on or in the vicinity of the subject property. No wells <br /> are depicted within one-quarter mile of the subject property.13.L8 <br /> 6• Site Reconnaissance <br /> A visual reconnaissance of the subject property was conducted on July 13,2005. Photographs of <br /> the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix B. A site visit/assessment checklist is <br /> attached to this report as Appendix D. <br /> ►. The subject property was observed to be flat,rectangular in shape with the southeast corner cut out <br /> by the adjacent property. The subject property is fallow land. There is a large warehouse and an <br /> open-air barn near the southeast corner of the subject property. <br /> One pole-mounted transformer was observed near the center of the eastern property boundary. <br /> Blue PCB-free stickers were observed. The transformers were grey and appeared relatively new. <br /> ba <br /> Several bags of fertilizer were observed under the shed labeled, "Power-Plus."Mr. Renna is <br /> currently landscaping his yard and intends to use them for this purpose10.The bags of fertilizer are <br /> .m being stored on a pallet on top of cement flooring underneath the open-air barn. No staining was <br /> observed. Figure 12 in Appendix B. <br /> �. Several storage tanks were observed at the time of the site reconnaissance.According to Mr. Renna <br /> these tanks are used for fertilizer and pesticide application.An aboveground diesel storage tank was <br /> also observed. All tanks were in good condition and were observed to be well maintained. Figure 13 <br /> ,,. in Appendix B. <br /> f/ A storage area located within the warehouse near the northeast corner was observed to contain <br /> ba various paints,weed killers and oils. Figure 11 in Appendix B. <br /> �J Surrounding properties were surveyed at the time of the site reconnaissance. To the north of the <br /> subject property is the Woodbridge Irrigation Canal.
