Signalize the following intersections according to <br /> the following phasing: <br /> Schulte Road/Patterson Pass Road (to be signalized <br /> with construction of either the Safeway or truck <br /> stop projects) ; <br /> Schulte Road/No. 2 truck stop driveway (trucks) <br /> (conduit to be constructed with Safeway project and <br /> signal to be installed with truck stop project) ; <br /> Schulte Road/Gateway driveway (conduit to be <br /> constructed with Safeway and/or truck stop projects <br /> and signal to be installed prior to issuance of any <br /> Certificates of Occupancy; <br /> ac. The following intersections will not require <br /> signalization unless or until the Caltrans PSR prepared <br /> for this or other projects identifies the phased need: <br /> • Patterson Pass Road/I-205 w/b on and off-ramps; <br /> • Patterson Pass Road/I-205 e/b on and off-ramps. <br /> • Patterson Pass Road/I-580 w/b on and off-ramps; <br /> • Patterson Pass Road/I-580 e/b on and off-ramps. <br /> ad. Daily and peak hour traffic volumes using the freeway <br /> ramp intersections listed above shall be measured and <br /> monitored at Bay Cities and other developers ' expense on <br /> an annual basis, in conjunction with the monitoring <br /> program set forth earlier in these Conditions of Approval <br /> (and in the Services Plan of the Development <br /> Agreement (s) ) . If the Caltrans PSR prepared for these <br />
