However, if some future annual monitoring program indicates that warrants are being met to require signalization, or if additional development in the immediate area triggers the need to signalize the intersections, then the developers shall be required to pay their fair share of the ramp signalization costs, with the concurrence of Caltrans, based upon daily or peak hour trips generated. The proportional share shall 'be determined by Caltrans and the Directors of Public Works and Community Development and shall be based upon the information included in the annual monitoring program traffic counts as well as other relevant environmental documents prepared and certified for project approvals in the area. Bridge Improvements: ae. The following improvements to the existing four bridges over, the California Aqueduct and Delta Mendota Canal shall be required. Construction of the improvements can be facilitated by San Joaquin County, at the expense of Bay Cities and other developers, through a bid process. Alternatively, the developers may construct the required improvements, with final inspection and approval by the County or its agent. Widen the bridges to the following lane configuration: Patterson Pass Road over California Aqueduct: Widen to four lanes. This widening can be accomplished by constructing a new four-lane bridge, by constructing a new parallel two-lane bridge, or by widening the existing bridge subject to the approval of the interim and final alignment of Patterson Pass Road. Schulte Road over Delta Mendota canal: Construct a new three-lane bridge. This is to be an ultimate six-through-lane facility.
