Conditions of Approval <br /> UP 88-19 <br /> Page -26- <br /> (3) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed <br /> 1/4-inch per foot (C.A. C. , Title 24) . <br /> 4 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES - ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DIVISION: <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. Provide a source for obtaining back-up water. <br /> Either: <br /> (1) Drill a well under permit and inspection with the <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> Or: <br /> (2) Obtain the required approval to use back-up water <br /> from the California Aqueduct or from the City of <br /> Tracy. <br /> b. Environmental Health Permits for the facility will be <br /> required. <br /> C. Approved chemical toilets shall be provided for all <br /> employees during the construction of the complex. <br /> Toilets • must be maintained in a clean and sanitary <br /> manner. Hand washing facilities must be provided in or <br /> near- the approved chemical toilets. <br /> d. Application must be made to the San Joaquin County Air <br /> Pollution Control District for the necessary air <br /> pollution permits. <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been <br /> identified as pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance <br /> Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements are <br /> not appealable. <br /> e. Destroy or properly seal the abandoned well(s) under <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> f. Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required. Obtain all required permits. <br /> g. open, puml , and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or <br /> excavation under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br />
