Conditions of Approval <br /> UP 88-19 <br /> Page -27- <br /> h. Connection to a public sewer system is required. <br /> i. If hazardous material is stored on site applicant must <br /> register with County Office of Emergency Services. <br /> j . Submission of three (3) sets of food facility <br /> construction plans to the Environmental Health Division <br /> for review and approval prior to beginning construction. <br /> k. Submission of four (4) sets of detailed underground <br /> storage tank plans to the Environmental Health Division <br /> for review and approval prior to beginning construction. <br /> 1. The material from an excavation shall not be deposited <br /> into any water course nor in any way contribute to the <br /> pollution thereof. <br /> M. Provide c.n approved potable water supply for all <br /> employees during the construction of the complex. <br /> n. Approved chemical toilets shall be provided for all <br /> employees during the construction of the complex. <br /> Toilets must be maintained in a clean and sanitary <br /> manner. Handwashing facilities must be provided on or <br /> near the approved chemical toilets. <br /> o. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed <br /> through the package treatment plant or plumbed through a <br /> sand/oil separator and discharged to an above ground <br /> system approved by the Environmental Division. This <br /> system must be designed by a registered engineer. <br /> Applicant must file an application for facility <br /> permit/waste discharge with the California Valley <br /> Regional C.B. The application forms can be obtained from <br /> the Environmental Health Division. If the above ground <br /> holding facility had to be emptied you first would have <br /> to analyze the contents for any hazardous material. You <br /> can obtain specific test requirements from the <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> 5. AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT: <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. The District' s Dust Control Practices shall be <br /> implemented during all on-site construction activity. <br /> These practices are outlined in the District Standard <br /> List of "Dust Control" measures. <br />
