(DISTRICT 5). <br /> APPLICANT: Security Capital Industrial Trust APN: 209-420-08 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood <br /> Hazard Area. <br /> Schulte Road has a variable existing right-of-way width from 110 to 160 feet and a planned <br /> right-of-way width of the same. Gateway Boulevard has an existing right-of-way width of <br /> 84 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 84 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> I. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.4) <br /> 2. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of <br /> San Joaquin County Standards C W-C 11 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 3.
