REVISED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MS-91-76 <br /> PAGE TWO <br /> f. The owner shall execute an Irrevocable Offer to dedicate a <br /> twenty-five foot (25 ' ) wide right-of-way along the east <br /> property line of APN 173-100-02 from Section Avenue to Parcel <br /> #2 with a 50-foot radius turn-around at the north end. <br /> g. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> subdivision. The fee is due and payable at the time of the <br /> building permit application. (The fee is $2 , 627 . 00 for each <br /> single family dwelling unit in the Stockton area. The fee <br /> shall be automatically adjusted annually by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News <br /> Record) . <br /> h. The City of Stockton Shall verify that the appropriate Right <br /> of Service Units (R.O. S.U. ) for sanitary sewer have been paid <br /> for the proposed subdivision prior to approval of the Parcel <br /> Map. <br /> i. Segregation of services and fees for the sanitary sewer shall <br /> be applied for. <br /> j . The right-of-way of Ordinance Requirement No. f shall be <br /> improved in accordance with the requirements of the Uniform <br /> Fire Code Section 10 .207 and the Eastside Fire District. <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. Connection to a public sewer system is required. <br /> b. Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required. <br />
