October 27,2005 <br /> NOA Project Number: E05130A <br /> L3.1.6 Water Supply and Sewage Disposal System <br /> One domestic well,one agricultural well,and one septic system are located on the subject property. The <br /> Llocations of these features are indicated on the site map (Appendix A). ? \ <br /> The EHD well and septic permit files were searched on September 26,2005 in an effort to obtain copies l` <br /> of permits for any water wells or septic tanks on the subject property;two permits were found. The first <br /> permit,dated October 2002,was for a new domestic well to service the residence. The second permit, <br /> dated June 2003,was for a new septic system to service the residence. These permits are included in <br /> LAppendix F of this report. <br /> 3.1.7 Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources <br /> LThe California Department of Oil, Gas,and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR) well map W5-313 was <br /> reviewed for evidence of oil or gas wells on or in the vicinity of the subject property. No wells are <br /> Ldepicted within one-quarter mile of the subject property. <br /> k3.1.8 Site Reconnaissance <br /> ` A visual reconnaissance of the subject property was conducted on October 24,2005. Photographs of <br /> the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix B. A site visit/assessment checklist is <br /> Lattached to this report as Appendix D. <br /> The subject property was observed to be a flat, rectangular parcel planted with almond orchard. A v <br /> L newly constructed single-family residence was located at the northeast comer of the property. A� <br /> domestic well which appeared to be new was observed to the north of the residence. <br /> L <br /> �ty014 <br /> An irrigation well was observed along the southern property line. Minor oil stains were observed on !�J <br /> the pump itself,but no soil staining was observed. A plastic drum was observed adjacent to the well. <br /> 4 Mr. Klump indicated that the drum was there to collect sand generated by the welt14 /taQ{l <br /> L Three pole-mounted transformers were observed near the irrigation well on the subject property. All <br /> three were grey and appeared relatively new; blue PCB-free stickers were not observed on the <br /> transformers.
