COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> SA-92-18 <br /> 3 . Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road <br /> right-of-way. <br /> (Streets and Highway Title Section 10-3103) <br /> 4 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of <br /> building permit application. (The fee currently is $801. 00 <br /> per 1, 000 gross square foot of building as "Manufacturing" in <br /> the Escalon area. The fee will be $834. 00 per 1, 000 gross <br /> square foot of building as "Manufacturing" or $216. 76 per <br /> trip-end generated in the Escalon area effective February 17, <br /> 1992 .
