SITE APPROVAL APPLICATION NO. SA-97-35 OF <br /> RS SAINT NIRANKARI MISSION (C/O DR. RAI) . <br /> Doug W. Johnson and Ike Rai were present for this item. <br /> In the absence of Kerry Sullivan, Tom Gau briefly reviewed the <br /> Community Development Departments conditions of approval. <br /> Tom informed applicants that it is the Community Development <br /> Departments intention to approve the application based on the <br /> conditions of approval. Applicants will need to submit a Site <br /> Plan to show all the improvements. <br /> Kermit indicated that applicants will need to provide one (1) van <br /> accessible parking space in close proximity to the building and <br /> not across a drive area. <br /> Tom informed applicants that a Certificate of Occupancy was <br /> needed to verify that all Phase I work was completed. Mr. Rai <br /> indicated that he was not aware he needed one. <br /> Staff informed Mr. Rai that the final inspection had not be <br /> completed. Mr. Rai indicated that Steve Dalton had gone out to <br /> the site to check the fire extinguishers and the signs. Mr. <br /> Dalton indicated that everything was fine and that he would <br /> inform Mr. Ehret. Mr. Rai indicated that Mr. Dalton was the last <br /> inspector to go out to the site. Tom indicated that he would <br /> follow-up on this. <br /> Applicants will contact Steve Dalton regarding the fire hydrants <br /> and the fire requirements. <br />
