Steve advised applicants to contact Jeff Carruesco <br /> regarding obtaining an application for a public water system. <br /> Tom reviewed the concerns of the Department of Fish and Game. In <br /> their letter, the Department of Fish and Game indicate that the <br /> locust trees contain an active Swainson's hawk nest. Mr. Rai <br /> indicated that the locust trees are not on his project site.
