SA-97-35 OF THE SANT NIRANKARI MISSION (C/O IKE RAI) ----------------------------------------------------------------- The applicant, the Sant Nirankari Mission, has submitted the above referenced Site Approval application for a church facility for up to 210 persons, to include classrooms and a parsonage. The project site is located on the west side of Seventh Street, and north of "D" Street, in Banta. On July 2 , 1992 , the Planning Commission approved a similar request by the applicant for a church at this location (UP-91-21) . Because all of the Condition of Approval were never met, the use permit expired. Therefore, the applicants have submitted this new application. Site Approval Application No. ^C was approved by the Community Development Department on ^C. The effective date of approval is ^C. This approval will expire on ^C, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been issued and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been issued and remain in force. Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any building permits. Those Conditions followed by a Section Number have been identified as ordinance requirements pertinent to this application. Ordinance requirements cannot be modified, and other ordinance requirements may apply.
