"D" Street, Sixth Street and Seventh Street shall be improved to County Standards for <br /> one-half of a 50-foot right-of-way rural road plus a 12-foot lane conforming to Partial <br /> Width Street Section Drawing R-4 prior to issuance of Final Occupancy.
