They were installed
in 1988 and 1990. No problems were recorded . John Moore,
who lives about 1/4 mile away on Grant Line Road, said
that he has not had any problems with his septic system
which was installed about 20 years ago . However, he did
mention that some residents on Grant Line Road near him
had trouble with high water in wet years .
Existing Use
The existing use is a horse and trailer club. It is
proposed for change to a church.
Percolation Test
A percolation test was performed in accordance
with the percolation tests procedures outlined in the
"Manual Septic Tank Practice" , published by the
U. S . Department of Health, Education , and Welfare and
per requirements of the San Joaquin County Local Health
District .
On September 16 and 17 , 1991 , a percolation test was
performed by me on the above referenced property in
conformance with the San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549 .
The approximate location of the test hole is shown on the
accompanying Detail Map.
The Percolation Test Hole had a percolation rate of 53
minutes per inch. The soil is silty clay.
