8. Accessible routes shall be provided per CBC § 116-206. At least one accessible route shall <br /> be provided within the site from accessible parking spaces and accessible passenger <br /> loading zones; public streets and sidewalks; and public transportation stops to the <br /> accessible building or facility entrance they serve. Where more than one route is provided, <br /> all routes must be accessible. §11 B-206.2.1 <br /> 9. At least one accessible route shall connect accessible buildings, accessible facilities, <br /> accessible elements and accessible spaces that are on the same site. §11 B-206.2.2 <br /> 10. At least one accessible route shall connect accessible building or facility entrances with all <br /> accessible spaces and elements within the building or facility, including mezzanines, which <br /> are otherwise connected by a circulation path. §11 B-206.2.4 <br /> 11. Parking spaces will be required to accommodate persons with disabilities in compliance with <br /> Chapter 11 B of the California Building Code. Note that accessible parking spaces are <br /> required for each phase of the project. These parking space(s) shall be located as close as <br /> possible to the primary entrance to the building. <br /> 12. Adequate sanitary facilities shall be provided for the facility, per the requirements of Chapter <br /> 4 of the California Plumbing Code. <br /> 13. Pursuant to Section 422.4 of the California Plumbing Code, toilet facilities shall be <br /> accessible to employees at all times, should not be more that 500 feet from where <br /> employees are regularly employed and accessible by not more than one flight of stairs. The <br /> plans shall indicate the location of the toilet facilities and the travel distance from work areas. <br /> 14. This project will be required to comply with the Model Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance <br /> requirements of the California Code of Regulations, title 22, Division 2, Chapter 2.7 <br /> 2.
