A letter dated October 6, 1994 was <br /> submitted with the analytical results. All soil samples were non-detect for all analytes. One <br /> boring was completed to groundwater, and only chloroform was detected there at a low <br /> concentration of 1.3 micrograms per liter. No further action is planned for this site. <br /> According to the file reviewed for 1265 N. Shaw Road, this site has been closed with a "No <br /> Further Action" letter dated October 23, 1996. <br /> According to files reviewed for 1282 N. Shaw Road, a 10,000;gatTS diesel tank was <br /> removed in November of 1998. There were concentrations of <br /> t <br /> ies found at depths of <br /> 15 Et 20 feet, but not at 30 feet. Three other bore holes wereat five feet increments; <br /> all samples were non-detect. No further information was in the file. This site does not <br /> appear to cause an environmental impact to the subject property due to the distance and <br /> reported groundwater flow from other reports in the area. <br /> 3.1.3 San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services <br /> The San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services (OES) website? was searched on March <br /> 19, 2007 in an attempt to determine whether a hazardous materials inventory is on file for <br /> the subject property. No records were found for the subject property. <br /> 3.1.4 San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner <br /> The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office was not contacted regarding use <br /> of agricultural chemicals on the subject property. The property has not been used for <br /> agricultural purposes for the past five years. <br /> 3.1.5 Water Supply and Sewage Disposal System <br /> The EHD well and septic permit files were searched on March 19, 2007 in an effort to obtain <br /> copies of permits for any water wells or septic tanks on the subject property; one permit was <br /> found to install a chlorinating tube in December 1974. A copy of the permit is attached in <br /> Appendix F. <br /> 3.1.6 Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources <br /> The California Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR) well map 6069 was <br /> reviewed for evidence of oil or gas wells on or in the vicinity of the subject property.
