' 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of 6 existing parcels totaling 1,148 acres. The <br /> ' project is located in agricultural community. The addresses are 26501, 27000, and 28250 State <br /> Hwy 26; 10600 and 10601 N. Shelly Road and 27750 E. Shelton Road, Linden, California <br /> 95236. The properties are zoned either AG-40, AG-80 or AG-160. The Assessor's Parcel <br /> ' Numbers are 067-250-02 and 05, 067-240-02, 067-280-09, 067-190-06 and 093-190-05. <br /> Description of proposed development: The purpose of this project is to create fifteen parcels <br /> ' adhering to current zoning. <br /> 1.2 Parcel vicinity location map: (See Appendix). <br /> 1.3 Site map: (See Appendix). <br /> ' 2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: <br /> 2.1 Discussion of Past, Present, and Proposed uses at the site to assess potential problems: <br /> ' The present owner, Geno Giannecchini has owned subject parcels for 10+ years. The past and <br /> present use of the property has been for agriculture. Much of the land was historically used for <br /> grazing. In recent years, much of it is being converted to walnut orchards. <br /> ' 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE SECTION: <br /> ' 3.1 Description of Existing on-site septic tank usage: Researching the San Joaquin County <br /> EHD well and septic permits yielded no permits for on-site septic tank usage. A field survey <br /> yielded no evidence of any existing on-site septic tanks. <br /> ' 3.2 Site Septic Permit History: Research for on-site septic permits revealed no permits for <br /> ' subject parcels. (See Appendix) <br /> 3.3 Discussion of On-site Repair History: There is no history of septic repair available for <br /> subject parcels. <br /> 3.4 Description of Existing Septic Tank Usage in the General Area: Septic systems in the <br /> ' general area consists of what seam to be standard systems consisting of leach lines and seepage <br /> pits. <br /> ' 3.5 General area septic permit history (number/types/dates of permits, age of system, <br /> permit numbers, copies in report): <br /> In searching permits for septic systems in San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department records, the septic systems in this general area range in installation dates from 1970 <br /> to 2012.
