The design of the subdivision or the type of improvements is not likely to cause serious public <br /> health problems. <br /> This Finding can be made because the subdivision design and the Improvements <br /> must meet County standards. Soil suitability studies are required to determine if a <br /> septic system will be suitable. <br /> . The design of the subdivision or the type of improvements will not conflict with easements, <br /> acquired by the public at large, for access through or use of property within the proposed <br /> subdivision. <br /> This Finding can be made because there are no easements on this project that have <br /> been acquired by the public at large. <br /> 8. Any land or improvements to be dedicated to the County are consistent with the General Plan. <br /> • This Finding can be made because all land or Improvements to be dedicated will meet <br /> County requirements. <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> The applicant is proposing to create a 10-acre owner-operator homesite parcel from a 60-acre parcel in <br /> order to finance a dwelling for one of the owners of the property, Joe Dutra <br /> Water supply, sewage, and storm drainage are to be handled on the site. <br />
