This study was performed to determine if this <br /> site is acceptable for a septic system with regard to producing no <br /> adverse environmental impact to surface waters, namely the adjacent <br /> Calaveras River, or the underlying groundwater. This report is in <br /> compliance with the requirements of Section 9-10100 Item (c) of the <br /> San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 3323 . <br /> [2] SUBJECT SITE AND STUDY AREA BACKGROUND INFORMATION <br /> A description of the project is to subdivide an existing parcel <br /> consisting of 61. 92 acres into two parcels. Parcel No. 1 is to <br /> contain 10 acres. The Designated remainder (DR) is to contain <br /> 51 . 92 acres. The subject property is currently a producing walnut <br /> orchard.
