Any work done with in State Right of way, including all outdoor advertisement sign, would <br /> require an Encroachment permit. "Ihe permit plan should be in dual units (English and Metric). <br /> 2. Need to provide AM and PM peak hours count for the intersection of SR-88 and Sierra Drive <br /> and the Driveway for the proposed project_ I <br /> 3_ In the future access to Driveway may be restricted if the intersection of SR-88/Sierra Drive is <br /> signalized. <br /> 4.
