Borba property <br /> performed at the request of Manuel and Jeanette Borges , MS-97-10, <br /> to subdivide a 320 acre parcel into two parcels . Parcel No. 1 is to <br /> contain 280 acres and Parcel No. 2 is to contain 40 acres. The <br /> dividing of this 320 acre parcel is for residential purposes . The <br /> present 40 acre parcel has a home, a mobile home, barns , a well and <br /> septic system on the southern half of the parcel . The remaining 280 <br /> acre parcel has two (2) wells , a house on the southern boundary and <br /> is devoted to dairy agricultural pursuits . <br /> Submitted for your review and consideration are the results of <br /> the percolation tests conducted on the Frank V. Borba property <br /> shown to be located at 21449 East Skiff Road, Escalon, California <br /> on the "Tentative Parcel Map" but physically accessible at the <br /> location of the E & R Prins Dairy, Manjean Holsteins , 10408 Van <br /> Allen Road, Stockton, California 95215. <br /> Existing Use: <br /> The tested Parcel No. 2 , forty (40) acres , presently has a <br /> home, a mobile home, barns , a well and septic system on the <br /> southern half of the parcel . The remaining 280 acres , Parcel No. 1 <br /> has two (2) wells , a house on the southern boundary and is devoted <br /> to dairy, agricultural pursuits . The relative locations and <br /> positions of all the improvements on the 320 acres is shown on the <br /> attached "Tentative Parcel Map" . <br /> Soil Profile Test : <br /> A Soil Profile Test Hole was dug to a maximum depth of 10 ' -2" <br /> for soil profile reporting. See the attached "Test Site Location <br /> Map" and "Field Percolation Data Sheet" for specific soil layer <br /> character and test hole location details . <br /> On my "Field Percolation Data Sheet" , I have noted the soil <br /> encountered to be red sandy loam to a depth of two (2) feet below <br /> the ground surface.
