Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> \� A. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2 (d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map. A review fee of$186.00 is required at time of <br /> submittal to the Environmental Health Department <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of. <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. The Environmental Health Department is requiring the owner to provide physical and revised <br /> site map showing the existing home(s) at 10773 South Garner Lane and their respective <br /> septic systems and wells. It appears that the property line passes through these existing <br /> residences (see APN# 177-090-37). A consultation fee will be required to be submitted to <br /> the Environmental Health Department at time of request. <br /> C. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability Study(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> D. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br />
