CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> CONNIE FROST <br /> GX-92-7 <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to commencement of grading and/or excavating. <br /> Those conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Ordinance Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. <br /> The approval will expire 18 months from the date of approval unless <br /> (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with and (2) all <br /> necessary permits from other agencies have been secured and remain <br /> in force. <br /> 1. DEVELOPMENT SERVICE DIVISION <br /> a. The average finished grade elevation shall be no lower <br /> than 197 . 4 feet. <br /> b. Access shall be limited to the proposed haul route as <br /> shown on the drawings. <br /> C. All private roads involved in an excavation shall be <br /> maintained so as to control the creation of dust. <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-2224 . {a}) <br /> d. Provide certification of approval of proposed final <br /> grades from the South San Joaquin County Irrigation <br /> District. (Planning Title Section 9-2224 . {b} ) <br /> e. Excavation operations shall not be carried on during the <br /> hours from nine (9) p.m. through five (5) a.m. , except <br /> during periods of declared national, state or local <br /> emergency. (Planning Title Section 9-2224 . {d} ) <br /> f. All emissions shall be subject to the rules and <br /> regulations of the San Joaquin County Air Pollution <br /> Control District. (Planning Title Section 9-2224 . {f} ) <br /> g. If noxious weeds are on the site, operations shall be in <br /> accordance with instructions from the Agricultural <br /> Commissioner of San Joaquin County. (Planning Title <br /> Section 9-2224 . {h} ) <br />
