CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL CONNIE FROST GX-92-7 Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be complied with prior to commencement of grading and/or excavating. Those conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. The approval will expire 18 months from the date of approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with and (2) all necessary permits from other agencies have been secured and remain in force. 1. DEVELOPMENT SERVICE DIVISION a. The average finished grade elevation shall be no lower than 197 . 4 feet. b. Access shall be limited to the proposed haul route as shown on the drawings. C. All private roads involved in an excavation shall be maintained so as to control the creation of dust. (Planning Title Section 9-2224 . {a}) d. Provide certification of approval of proposed final grades from the South San Joaquin County Irrigation District. (Planning Title Section 9-2224 . {b} ) e. Excavation operations shall not be carried on during the hours from nine (9) p.m. through five (5) a.m. , except during periods of declared national, state or local emergency. (Planning Title Section 9-2224 . {d} ) f. All emissions shall be subject to the rules and regulations of the San Joaquin County Air Pollution Control District. (Planning Title Section 9-2224 . {f} ) g. If noxious weeds are on the site, operations shall be in accordance with instructions from the Agricultural Commissioner of San Joaquin County.
